A New Dawn

Spencer Handley is the Annuity Commercial Manager at the Ricoh Europe Head Office. Mr Handley has worked in the customer service and production printing industry for over 25 years, initially as a service engineer then a technical specialist working on a variety of printers (Fujitsu, IBM, Xerox, Oce).

In 1999 he moved into service management in London and then progressed to a National role, eventually managing IBM North East Europe printer maintenance department.
In 2007, he led his service teams into the joint venture with Ricoh/IBM and as InfoPrint Europe’s Service Director led the successful integration of the IPS teams into Ricoh Europe from 2010.

In Ricoh Europe he has responsibility for all areas of Production Printing service with a special focus on the continuous form support. His specialist team provide support across Europe for CF products including the new VC60000 inkjet printer. Next to that Mr Handley also leads a team responsible for managing the annuity and lifecycle of all Ricoh products across Europe, this team concentrate on developing innovative tools to improve profitability, customer satisfaction and financial forecasting.

Ivan Boljat is the Key Account Manager in Eurocop. He is involved in all Production Print projects and Ricoh Global Accounts with 12 years experience, all of that in Eurocop where he started working as an intern.

His academic background is Master of economics.

Raz Darabi is Mafil’s CEO for the past 2 years. Before that he has managed Mafil’s printing division for 3 years and established its PRO division.

Dimitris Ioannidis is Systems Development and Support Director. He is working at Papakosmas Datatechnika Ltd since 1981. Is has experience as Field Service Engenieer, Technical Services Manager and Pre-Sales Support.
